"Quebec & Montreal"

By Preston, 7th Grade

On our trip we first flew from Sacramento airport to Chicago and then we flew to Montreal where we stayed for one night. Once we got up, we went to breakfast and then we drove to Quebec.

The second day was mostly touring around. We had the best tour guide/bus driver ever. His name was Richard. He took us to see the Saint Anne Church. We ate at a really beautiful restaurant where I had salmon.

The third day we did a little shopping and I bought a shot glass for my Dad. After we shopped, Richard showed us around Quebec.

On the fourth day we spent time shopping. When we went to the Olympic Stadium, it was under construction so we were not able to go inside. On the fifth day we went back to the Olympic Stadium and were able to go inside. Later we went to Miss Anne's bread building and had some of the bread with maple butter on it. That evening we had dinner at the sugar shack which was really good. We all had a blast.

We danced on a boat on the St. Lawrence River; it was super fun. We also went to the Parliament Building, and the Montmorency waterfall. The trip was an exciting sojourn.
