On our Quebec field trip we visited many historical sites such as The Plains of Abraham. We saw where the 1976 Olympics were held. The Stadium was built by a French Architect. We saw some famous cathedrals such as the Saint Anne Cathedral, and the Cathedral of Notre Dame.
We saw the Montmorency falls. They were beautiful and there was alot of water falling. You could see the whole city from the bridge above the falls.
We ate at good restaurants and nice hotels. We saw the whole city of Old Quebec, Quebec, and Montreal.
We had a whole afternoon to shop around Old Quebec. We went on a Cruise on the St. Lawrence River. We saw the Quebec Parliament; building it was huge. We saw rooms in which they have debates.We saw a part of the Government. We went to a French school and spoke with them and exchanged emails.
We went to a sugar shack; they had very good maple syrup.
We saw a movie called Quebec Experience about the history of Quebec.
We had a great tour guide so I learned a lot. If I could go back I would stay for two more weeks. I hope I will go back and see everything again and explore a lot more.
