I. Admission Policy
The Carden School of Sacramento admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin.
Consistent and punctual attendance is essential. Absences should be minimal.
III. Extended Care
Extended care before school begins at 7:00 a.m. and extended care after school begins at dismissal from class and ends at 6:00 p.m. Dismissal on Friday is 2:30 p.m. for all students.
IV. Academic Policies
Includes: Progress Reports, Schoolwork, Homework and Standardized Testing.
V. Behavior Code
Our goal is to teach courtesy, cooperation, honesty, thoughtfulness, consideration, responsibility and respect through the continual use of good manners in our everyday school life.
VI. Discipline Policy
Carden School will work with parents and students to solve disciplinary problems.
VII. Dress Code
Carden School of Sacramento has a Uniform Policy. Please see the separate Uniform List for Boys and Girls for details.
Entrance and exit requirements must be STRICTLY adhered to. When you stop, please be
sure to pull off into the white zone at the RIGHT side of the drive. ALWAYS DRIVE SLOWLY, NEVER MORE THAN 5 MPH AND ALWAYS EXIT TO THE RIGHT (failure to exit to the right on Marconi Avenue is a violation of Vehicle Code Section 21461, and may subject the violator to a substantial traffic fine).
PLEASE be aware there is NO PARKING in the red zones, as this blocks the driveway.
An independent caterer provides lunch daily. Please see the lunch menu and prices here.
Parents must drop off all student medications in the school office.
XI. Emergency Procedures / Illness and Accident Policy
Carden School of Sacramento is not responsible for individual student health insurance. Each family is responsible for carrying their own health insurance policy and must show] proof of this insurance to the school upon enrollment.
XII. Visitors/Parents on Campus
All parents or visitors to the school campus must check in at the office.

Parent participation is encouraged and greatly appreciated. Please see the Parent Club
